• Arrive in Colombo and transfer to your hotel for rest.
• Evening at leisure, with an optional visit to the Gangaramaya Temple for a serene start to the
journey.
• Kelaniya Raja Maha Vihara: A temple revered for its connection to Lord Rama, where it is believed
Lord Rama worshipped Lord Shiva after his victory over Ravana.
• Hanuman’s Temple in Colombo: Visit the temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman, a key figure in the
Ramayana. The temple is said to be built where Hanuman first set foot in Sri Lanka during his
search for Sita.
• Evening: Explore Colombo city and the vibrant Pettah Market.
• Kandy: En route, stop at Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, believed to be near the area where Sita
was held captive.
• Temple of the Tooth: A UNESCO World Heritage site housing the sacred relic of Buddha, explore
the cultural significance of Kandy.
• Optional evening cultural dance show in Kandy.
• Nuwara Eliya (Ravana’s Kingdom): Visit Ravana's Cave in Ella, where Ravana is said to have hidden
Sita. You’ll get a chance to trek through the caves and learn more about Ravana's rule.
• Ravana Falls: These magnificent waterfalls are believed to be linked to the legend, as the story
claims Ravana kidnapped Sita from this area.
• Rathnapura: Visit this beautiful city, also known as the "City of Gems," which has links to Ravana.
It is believed Ravana had a gem-studded palace here and used the gems in his battle against Rama.
• Evening visit to local gem shops and a gem mining tour.
• Matara: Visit Ravana's Tomb in Wewurukannala Vihara Temple, where it is said that Ravana was
ultimately defeated.
• Visit Ravana’s Fort: The fort is located in the coastal town of Kottegoda and believed to be one of
Ravana's strongholds.
• Beach relaxation in Matara after the tour.
• Galle: Visit the famous Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and explore the coastal city
where Ravana is believed to have taken Sita on his chariot before fleeing.
• Enjoy a traditional Sri Lankan seafood dinner at a beachside restaurant, overlooking the Indian
Ocean.

Once you submit your booking details, we’ll proceed with the booking process. At this point, we’ll require a 20% payment. You’ll receive a booking confirmation within 48 hours of making this payment. The remaining 80% will be due 30 days before your tour begins. After that, you can proceed with your visa application.
Cancellation Policy
All travel offers on our website are discounted, and as such, all orders are non-refundable and cannot be combined with any other promotions. Please note that cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date, as well as no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund
